Great Location & Roomy!

We stayed here over 4th of july. We had quite the experience getting down there, to say the least. the owner let us check in an hour early which was great! Our room was an apartment on the 3rd floor. It was very quiet no bother from anyone. Our room was quite big with 2 queen beds, and a pull out couch,stove,fridge,microwave,coffee maker,etc. pretty nice. We had our own walk out deck. really nice. Only thing that kinda sucked was there was no pool. but the hotel was a block if that from the boardwalk. also the fireworks display was on this block also. I would stay here again. It was a great place. I had read the previous comment about it looking like a fraternity house.. They couldnt be more wrong and just reading that comment made me think the hotel was going to look like something out of animal house. wrong again.. Overall out of 5 stars id give this hotel a 4. also there was a 10am check out which i thought was weird since you couldn't really check in until 2pm

The most horrible motel I have ever come across. I made a reservation here, and when I called back two weeks later to give them my security deposit, they didn't have a room for me! This was two weeks before my vacation and it is very, very difficult to find a room. It is not like they lost my reservation...they had it, but just decided to give my room to somebody else. Not only that, but the lady was so extremely rude about. After I started to complain, she stated "i am not in the mood for this" and hung up! I called back again and she hung up without saying anything, and once I called again, she disconnected the phone! I cannot tell you how much anger and frustration this motel has given me and my group! Never ever stay here!

Small But Great Location

We stayed here for fireman's weekend and had no idea what to expect but they were the only place we could find. There were no bugs but the hotel is extemely old. The best way to describe it is a frat house made into a motel. We had two double beds with four adults and it was tight. It's ok for a place to sleep and it is in a great location but other than that I would not stay there again. There are much nicer rooms in the area for the same price or less.
