Seapointe Village is owned by 500 private owners.

Seapointe Village is owned by 500 private owners. Some choose to rent. If they rent they have the option of choosing any realtor they want or to do a "rent by Owner". The owners on this site choose to save money for themselves and their guests by removing the middleman. Find better prices and service by renting by owner: http://www.VacationRentalsinWildwood.com/svillage-rentals-by-owner.shtml

Our Vaction Stop for Over 16 Years

I'm 18 years old now and my family and I have been going to seapointe for as long as I can remember. I have pictures of me as a baby on the beautiful, well-groomed, private beach. There are so many positive aspects about this resort. 1] it isn't in the crappy part of wildwood. I was reading through a lot of other hotels and they all say they think wildwood hotels have gone down. This area is a few miles from north wildwod/wildwood closer to the cape may border. Figure this: the farther away from the boardwalk the better. 2] there are trollies from seapointe to the boardwalk etc. 3] great family place, 3 pools, hot tubs, gym, sauna and steam room, arcade, etc 4] also great for teens; safe area to walk around at night 5] the general cliental is upscale from northern new jersey, pa, etc [[just what I have noticed]]

Beautiful Place

We have stayed at Seapointe Village every year since it's been built! It truly is a beautiful complex that has everything you could need - I highly recommend it - it is a bit pricey, but it is within the market for condos located on Diamond Beach property that are on the beach.

Paradise At The Jersey Shore

Visitor Review
We were lucky enough to find this "paradise" eighteen years ago and have vacationed here every summer since then. The beach is beautiful, the pools and grounds are immaculate, and the accomodations are always top notch. We are really spoiled because if we do come down to wildwood for a weekend and stay in another hotel we always compare it to seapointe. It is no wonder that you see familar faces year after year. A seapointe vacation can be addictive!!!

Nice Place, A Few Complaints

Visitor Review
We vacationed in late august/early september of 2005 at seapointe village. We had a wonderful week, wonderful weather, and a wonderful experience. Here is my review. Getting there: wildwood is about a three hour drive from the new york city area and a 1 hour and 45 minute drive to the philadelphia area. Best time of year/weather: as with most resorts on the east coast, other than florida, the best time to travel to seapointe is the summer. The weather really warms up during early to middle june and usually stays around or above 80 for the rest of the summer. The weather usually stays warm enough to swim through late september, before a sharp drop in temperatures by the end of the month. The facilities (pools, gym, etc.): there are 3 pools at seapointe. The oceanfront pool is the largest, with numerous hot-tubs and a waterfall. The second largest pool contains a small waterslide and is very family-oriented. It has kiddie pools too. The third pool is more secluded, smaller, and in my opinion a little dirtier. By far the cleanest pool is the oceanfronte one. There is an arcade center for families with children, and a workout gym located in the main building. The beach: the beach is absolutely gorgeous for a new jersey beach. It is wide and has gorgeous white sand. There is plenty of room to spread out towels and put up an umbrella, but it is much more crowded closer to the water than farther up. Speaking of the water, the water conditions vary based on the time of year and weather conditions. When i went the last week in august into early september, the water was at its warmest after a record hot summer. The water temperature was 80 degrees and it felt amazing. On an average year, the water climbs only to about 75 by late august in wildwood. Just a warning, if you travel before middle july, be prepared for very cold water temperatures. It could be 90 degrees outside, however the water may only be in the 60s. Water visibility is not very good, as is the case from the carolinas northward. There was also some seaweed, but no jellyfish. Overall, the beach gets an a. Stuff to do: seapointe village is located in diamond beach, wildwood. It is one of the last hotels/resorts before the bridge to cape may. It is about a 2 1/2 to 3 mile drive to morey's piers amusement park, which is clearly visible from the beach. Morey's piers are really amazing, whether you are 4, 16, or 70 years old. Overall, the week was relaxing and enjoyable. The weather was stunning for labor day weekend, with daytime temperatures in the low 80s and nights in the low-mid 60s. Absolutely perfect. I would return!
