Our family just stayed 7 days at this hotel, in two rooms for only $375.00 plus tax on each room. This of course was an early season rate which is when we prefer going to the Wildwoods. A family owned motel with approximately 30 rooms in two stories, small heated pool with kiddy pool, shuffle board, and ping pong table. Motel is 60s Doo Wop style with slat doors and bowed handrails and of course the plastic palm trees. They are in a quiet area away from main street noises. They offer smoking and non-smoking rooms, many motels have gone to a non-smoking requirement. If you are a family with a restricted budget and still want to vacation in the Wildwoods this hotel is perfect. The rooms are showing their age but they are clean and insect free. The owner is very friendly and easy to talk with. They rent to families, not to kids or noisy parties, and will ask problem renters to leave if they disturb the other guests. Housekeepers are friendly and do a good job. Only bad things are no grilling is allowed, hotel area small and some guest always complained about the smell, and it is several blocks from the beach and the boardwalk. If you are looking for a lot of amenities with perfect rooms stay at Pan American.

Great place to stay at, owners paul and barbara fantastic people. I was there with my wife and 4 kids and everyone had a great time. The rooms can use a face lift, however for the reason you are there which for us was the beach, poolside, and boardwalk it is a great place to stay. Reasonably priced and staff very nice. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and were serviced on a daily basis.
