A Most Accommodating Experience
By Anonymous on Thursday, June 15, 2006

Visitor Review
Our family has been visiting the montreal inn, for over 20 years. It is hands down the most accommodating inn in cape may. The inn is family owned and operated, the owners are always visible working in the office and around the property, talking to visitors to make sure everyone is having a good time. They really seem to care about the people who stay with them and want everyone to have a good vacation experience. This attitude is reflected in all of their staff, from the office staff to the maintenance team they all work hard to make sure that your stay at montreal inn is as enjoyable as possible.

I, my husband and our 2 kids just returned from a week long stay at the montreal inn in july, 2005. We stayed in the breezeway room, $125/nite. In general, we enjoyed our stay.

There is nothing they won't do for their guest. We have been to the montreal inn three times and they continue to be friendly, hospitable and a great value. The rooms are clean, updated and serviced each day and the chamberpersons takes pride in knowing who you are and making sure that you are taken care.

We Had A Great Birthday Weekend Celebration
By Anonymous on Thursday, June 15, 2006

Visitor Review
My wife, jamie and I just returned from a wonderful weekend at montreal inn, in cape may, nj this past weekend (8/25-8/28/05). We arranged our stay months ago, in anticipation of jamie's "birthday weekend". Although the inn had no control over it, (although I bet they tried) the weather and the beach, from friday through sunday afternoon when we left, was just perfect.

From A Long-Time Visitor

Visitor Review
My wife and I have been staying at the montreal inn for the past 15 years--8 nights every october--and we wouldn't change our plans! We don't like b&b's; we prefer staying in a place where there is maximum privacy, comfort, and reasonable rates.

Liked Our Stay At The Montreal
By Anonymous on Tuesday, June 13, 2006

Visitor Review
My wife and I first visited cape may in 2004. We stayed at a b&b which was quite expensive. We wanted to visit cape may again this year and chose to stay somewhere less expensive. The montreal inn was the perfect choice. It's centrally located across from the beach (atlantic ocean) and close to the restaurants and washington street walking mall. The room was clean and the king-size bed was the most comfortable bed i've ever had in a motel. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be going to cape may again next year and will definitely be staying at the montreal.

Best Time At The Montreal Inn
By Anonymous on Tuesday, June 13, 2006

Visitor Review
We were lucky to have the opportunity to spend 2 nights at the montreal inn in the "off" season. The inn is a 4 story motel, facing the atlantic ocean. All the rooms have a balcony that faces the ocean. Some of the rooms have full size kitches, with all the trimmings. Our room had 2 queen beds, a bistro table and 2 chairs, a large tv, fridge, coffee maker. The staff were all very pleasant, and our room was kept neat as a pin. In the office area, there was a computer for the guest use, and I was able to check my e-mail. The city of cape may has a historical victorian area with beautiful homes and shopping just a few blocks from the beach. I would love to visit there again.

Always A Good Choice

Visitor Review
We have been going to the montreal inn for the past 2 years and have enjoyed our stay very much on both occasions. In fact I just booked our 2006 trip. The staff is very friendly and competent. This is not a luxury hotel but it is very clean, family friendly and right across from the beach. If you are looking for family friendly restaurants that actually serve "good" food try the mad batter and the merion inn, skip the lobster house it is way overratted. The hotel restaurant was pretty good also.

Seeing Dolphins Off The Balcony
By Anonymous on Tuesday, June 13, 2006

Visitor Review
My family and i have been coming to the "montreal inn for 19 years. The staff have watched my two children grow into adults and always remember us from year to year. The montreal inn is the most accomodating hotel in cape may in the sense, if you want quiet you can have quiet, if you want to party you can party. The rooms are comfortable and the view wonderful. When i go there every year, for one week i feel i "own" a place at the shore. I am sure i will be bringing my grandchildren some day. But you do have to book a year in advance! My children were always on their best behavior on vacation because of the pool and the minature golf. The inn is close to the arcade and this was always a big hit with my kids. My husband and i had a great vacation when the kids were happy. I read a couple of negative reviews and yes we have had a few disappointments at the montreal inn but they were resolved as things tend to get resolved. It is a child friendly place and if you dont like children then it isnt the place for you.

What A Deal!!

I highly reccomend the montreal inn. We went off season and stayed in the millinium suite. The price could not be beat. The views were unbeleivable.the service great. If you love the beach any time of year this can't be beat. Weekdays the town is basically closed down but it is a great way to see all the beautiful homes without all the summer hustle and bustle.this hotel will be where we'll be spending all our future beach vacations.

Very Nice Hotel

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean and roomy with a nice view from the balcony. The pool is average, the mini golf course is a bit outdated but overall, no complaints, plan to return this summer.
